It learns your environment by scanning it.
No hardcoded assumptions. Phorvex measures your fleet's reachability, scarcity, slack, and exposure every tick, then uses them to decide what a move costs, what is feasible, and what attacker reconnaissance it erases.
Reachability
What can actually talk to what, right now. The live network and identity graph an attacker would traverse, not a static diagram from onboarding.
Scarcity
How replaceable each image, placement, and resource is. Scarce positions are worth more, to you and to the attacker.
Slack
How much disruption headroom each workload has before a move would breach availability or SLO budgets.
Exposure
Where attack surface concentrates. Exploitability and blast radius, measured against the fleet as it exists this tick.
Defense priced in your units, not someone else's.
Generic MTD assumes a generic fleet. Phorvex derives per-organization physics from the environment itself, so every decision reflects what a move costs you, what is feasible here, and which attacker reconnaissance it actually erases.
- Measured every tick. The physics tracks your fleet as it changes.
- Honest when data is absent. A missing telemetry feed is treated as missing. Phorvex never fabricates an input to keep deciding.
- Feeds the sealed core. Physics is the input layer. The valuation mechanism itself is the sealed, patent-pending core.
Capability is public. The mechanism is not.
We describe what the Physics Engine measures and what those measurements buy you. How the decision core converts them into valuations is intentionally unpublished. It is the patent-pending heart of Phorvex.
